Ingredients

- 500 gram minced lamb
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Green chilli paste
- tsp salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 handfull Fresh Coriander
- 1 Lemon. quatered
Method
- Add all ingredients to the mince and mix well.
Mould the meat around the skewers and squeeze the meat tightly to hold firmly in place. Put skewers into the grill for 15 minutes rotating ever 5 minutes, or alternative cook on the barbeque in the same way.
Remove from skewers and garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice on top!

At primary school for our class christmas party, all the kids had to bring a dish each and my mum made sheesh kebabs for me to take in. My teacher loved them and you will too.
