Method

  • Add all ingredients to the mince and mix well.
  • Mould the meat around the skewers and squeeze the meat tightly to hold firmly in place. Put skewers into the grill for 15 minutes rotating ever 5 minutes, or alternative cook on the barbeque in the same way.

  • Remove from skewers and garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice on top!

    • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
    • tsp salt
    • 1 tsp Red chilli powder

    At primary school for our class christmas party, all the kids had to bring a dish each and my mum made sheesh kebabs for me to take in. My teacher loved them and you will too.
