1. Add all ingredients to the mince and mix well.
2. Mould the meat around the skewers and squeeze the meat tightly to hold firmly in place.
3. Put skewers into the grill for 15 minutes rotating ever 5 minutes.
4. Remove from skewers and garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice on top!
