Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons self raising flour
  • 50g butter
  • 1 handful milk choc chips
  • 2 tsp drinking chocolate
  • 3 digestive biscuits

Method

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Crush up the digestive biscuits and toss them in a bowl. Add the flour to the biscuits. Cream in the butter and mix in sugar. Beat the eggs tick thick and creamy (and yellow) in a separate bowl and then add to dry ingredients, then add chocolate chips and chocalte powder. Mix it all up and then spoon nto fairy cake cases. Put on a tray in the oven for 20 minutes - leave to cool and enjoy!!!

What a great recipe - my two boys aged 11 and 9 had so much fun making this - but guess what they had even more fun eating it!!!
