Method

  • 1. Cook the pasta in boiling water.

  • 2. Cook the garlic in a pan of boiling water for couple of minutes or until tender. Drain and toss into a large non-stick frying pan with the butter and olive oil and cook over a low heat until golden.

  • 3. Add the spinach , add the crème fraiche and the chopped gammon. Bring up to the boil, season with pepper and toss into the cooked pasta. Serve with grated cheese.
  • Ingredients

    • 400g Tagliatelle pasta
    • 4 Garlic cloves. peeled and left whole
    • 20g Butter
    • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
    • 200g Spinach. washed
    • 200-250g Leftover gammon. chopped
    • 0.5 tsp. Black pepper
    • 0.5 cup Hard cheese
