Method

  • Nead all ingredients together and roll out onto a floured surface. Cut out shapes from the dough using the bisuit cutters. Using a bottle top, cut a window out of the biscuit shapes and place a sweet in the hole.

  • Bake in the oven on 200 degrees in the middle shelf for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minuts.

  • There you go, multi-coloured window biscuits!!

    • 400 grams plain flour
    • 300grams butter
    • 300 grams sugar
    • 1 bag mulit-coloured boiled sweets
    • 1 tbsp baking powder
    • 1 pinch salt
    •  biscuit cutters (various shapes)
