2. Mix the chopped fruit- such as peaches, oranges, apples, pears, mangoes- with the spring onions, tomatoes, olive oil, chutney and chopped coriander.
3. Cubed the roast pork.
4. Pop them onto a baking sheet, top with the fruit salsa, drizzle with olive oil and cook until cooked through and piping hot.
Made this for the first time today. My husband and I loved it and the kids (only 2 and 3) had a tentative try. Easy to make. Definitely going to be making this again. A firm favourite.
