Vietnamese Crispy Pork with Citrus Salad

- The crispy pork also goes well without the salad served up on top of Rosti potatoes.
Ingredients
- FOR THE PORK
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Pieces pork fillet (150g each)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ red onion. chopped
- 1 tbsp. clear honey
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Cider
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- pinch chilli powder
- FOR THE SALAD
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese . grated
- ½ red onion. finely sliced
- 1 Orange. peeled and segmented
- handful fresh herbs (parsley. dill. chives etc)
- 1 Lime cut into wedges
