Pre-heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken pieces till browned on both sides. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for a further 2-3 minutes, then add the creme fraiche, mustard and tomato sauce and mix well.
Add the white wine, fry for a further 2-3 minutes and pour the whole mixture into a warmed oven-proof dish and keep warm in an oven until ready to serve.
