Ingredients
- 1 Sugar Lump
- 2-3 drops Angostura Bitters
- Dash Cognac
- Glass Champagne
Method
Place sugar lump at bottom of a Champagne glass.
Steep the sugar cube in Angostura Bitters.
Add the Cognac and top up with Champagne.
Garnish with orange peel for added colour.
