Preheat oven to 450F, 225C. Blend all marinade ingredients in food processor. Pour over lamb and marinate overnight. Roast lamb about 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer registers between 145F and 150F for medium-rare. To serve, carve rack into individual chops. Serve 2 chops per person.

Also try the marinade on lamb chops or steaks for a less expensive but equally tasty meal.
Try serving the lamb with roasted asparagus drizzled with a few drops of sesame oil and roasted potatoes.
