Method
Mix the all bran, sugar and dried fruit - stir in the milk and leave to stand for one hour.
Sieve in the flour and mix well.
Pour into a well greased 1 pound loaf tin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Allow to cool.

- 1 heaped teacup all-bran
- 1 heaped teacup caster sugar
- 1 heaped teacup mixed dry fruit
- 1 heaped teacup milk
- 1 heaped teacup self raising flour
