Smoked Salmon Wraps

Method

  • 1. Cut the salmon into 2 inch squares.
  • 2. Shred remaining salmon into strips.
  • 3. Add creme fraiche and mayo to the shredded salmon followed by the dill, lemon juice and cayenne pepper to taste.
  • 4. Mix together until salmon is coated with the sauce.
  • 5. Place a small amount of salmon mix along one edge of the smoked salmon square. Roll up to form a tube.
  • 6.Place in the fridge to set.

  • Garnish with cucumber or chives.
