Method
1. Cut the salmon into 2 inch squares.
2. Shred remaining salmon into strips.
3. Add creme fraiche and mayo to the shredded salmon followed by the dill, lemon juice and cayenne pepper to taste.
4. Mix together until salmon is coated with the sauce.
5. Place a small amount of salmon mix along one edge of the smoked salmon square. Roll up to form a tube.
6.Place in the fridge to set.
Garnish with cucumber or chives.

- 400g Smoked Salmon
- 1 tbsp Creme Fraiche
- 1 tbsp Mayo
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill
- 1 Lemon
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper
