Method

  • 1. Saute the vegetables on the oil.

  • 2. Add garlic, tomatoes and beef broth.

  • 3. Reduce heat to low.

  • 4. Add beef and mushrooms and crumble the oxo cube in then simmer for half an hour.

  • 5. Season with oregano, basil and salt and pepper.
  • Ingredients

    • 450g Leftover roast beef. cubed
    • ¾ pint Beef broth
    • 20 Button mushrooms
    • 1 tin Chopped tomatoes
    • 1 tsp. Garlic puree
    • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
    • 2 tsp. Dried oregano
    • 2 tsp. Dried basil
    • 1 Oxo beef cube
    • to taste Salt and pepper
