Method

  • 1. Cut the beef into bite size chunks, beans into 1 inch pieces, potatoes into bite size chunks, put into salad bowl along with the onion rings.

  • 2. Take the oil, vinegar, sugar and water with seasoings and mix well.

  • 3. Pour dressing over beef and veggies, chill in fridge at least 2 hours.

  • 4. Serve with crusty bread.

    • 250g Leftover beef roast
    • 1 can Green beans
    • 1 Purple onion cut into rings
    • 2 Leftover roast potatoes
    • 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tsp. Vinegar
    • 2 tsp. Sugar
    • 0.5 cup Water
    • 0.5 tsp. Garlic powder
    • to taste Salt and pepper
