Method

  • 1. Fry bacon with the onion and garlic, then drain the fat.

  • 2. Add red bell pepper, zucchini and corn, sauta a bit.

  • 3. Add soup and milk, heat and stir until blended well.

  • 4. Stir in mozzarella, noodles and chicken

  • 5. Pour into greased casserole dish

  • 6. Sprinkle with parmesan and some butter flakes.

  • 7. Bake in 175 °C oven for about 35 minutes.

    • 4 cups Leftover cooked noodles
    • 2 cups Leftover roast chicken. cubed
    • 4 slices Bacon
    • 1 Onion. chopped
    • 2 cloves Garlic. minced
    • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 Zucchini. chopped
    • 1 small tin Sweetcorn
    • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
    • 0.5 Red bell pepper. chopped
    • 0.5 milk Milk
    • 0.25 cup Grated parmesan cheese
