Method

  • 1. Pour the eggnog into a fondue pot.

  • 2. Mix the cornstarch with half of the Cognac, then stir into the eggnog.

  • 3. Stir constantly until the mixture has reached a thick consistency.

  • 4. Add the other half of the Cognac.

  • 5. If your eggnog fondue is too thick for dipping, add a little more cognac.

  • 6. Great with fruit cake pieces, marshmallows and apple slices.
