Method

  • 1. Rub the butter and flour together in a mixing bowl, until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

  • 2. Stir in the sugar, cinnamon and nuts.

  • 3. Mix the orange juice with honey.

  • 3. Arrange the plums in an ovenproof dish than and pour the juice over the plums.

  • 4. Sprinkle over the topping and bake in a preheated oven 180C, 350F, Gas 4 for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Ingredients

    • 120g Plain flour
    • 60g Clover butter
    • 30g Light brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
    • 40g Walnut.chopped
    • FILLING
    • 700g Plums. halved and stoned
    • 4 tbsp. Orange juice
    • 2 tbsp. Clear honey
