Method

  • 1) Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, using hands and fingers. Achieve a smooth and firm texture, adding flour is required.

  • 2) Leave the mixture to stand in the fridge for 45 minutes.

  • 3) Divide the mixture into 12 balls, and place three each on metal skewers.

  • 4) Bake them in a hot over for 30 minutes, or grill them on a barbecue until the outside is brown and crispy.

  • 5) Serve with lemon and salad, or coriander chutney.
  • Ingredients

    • 500 gms Minced lamb
    • 1 Onion
    • 3 tbs Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
    • 3 tbs Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
    • 2 tbs Gram flour
    • 1 tbs Ginger paste
    • 2 tbs Garlic paste
    • 3 tbs Lemon juice
    • 2 tsp Cumin
    • 2 tsp Ground Coriander
    • 2 tsp Garam masala
    • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 tsp Tomato puree
