Method
1) Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, using hands and fingers. Achieve a smooth and firm texture, adding flour is required.
2) Leave the mixture to stand in the fridge for 45 minutes.
3) Divide the mixture into 12 balls, and place three each on metal skewers.
4) Bake them in a hot over for 30 minutes, or grill them on a barbecue until the outside is brown and crispy.
5) Serve with lemon and salad, or coriander chutney.

- 500 gms Minced lamb
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbs Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
- 3 tbs Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
- 2 tbs Gram flour
- 1 tbs Ginger paste
- 2 tbs Garlic paste
- 3 tbs Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Tomato puree
