Method

  • Mix flour and bicarb. Add milk until the consistency of single cream (should be quite runny)

  • Dip your eggs in the mix and then deep fry in sunflower oil.

  • These taste AMAZING. Just make sure oil hot enough, they only take a couple of mins until golden. Works with other chocolate, but eggs are most fun!

    •  1 cup flour
    •  ½ cup corn flour
    •  pinch bicarb of soda
    •  milk (or beer!)
    •  cadburys creme eggs - small ones not normal size
