Peel, quarter and boil the potatoes. Strain and mash them adding the milk and butter.
Stir in almost all the shredded cheese
Transfer the mix to a dish spread it out with a pallet knife and put a few squiggles on with a fork for decoration place on the tomatoe slices and the rest of the cheese.
