Method

  • 1) - Seperate the eggs
  • 2) - Beat the whites until stiff
  • 3) - Add sugar and beat for a minute
  • 4) - Add the egg yolks, one at a time and beat for 2 minutes.
  • 5) - Add the cooled melted chocolate, then gently and carefully fold into the cake meal with the ground almonds.
  • 6) - cook in a moderate oven for 50 mins.
  • Tips

    • Try changing the chocolate for different flavours (If you want a Parve option - use dark, if you want milk chocolate use that etc )
