Method

  • 1. Shake Vodka and lemon juice together.
  • 2. Pour wine and cranberry juice into tall glass and pour on top Vodka mix.
  • 3. Add a bit of sugar (sugar syrup) to sweeten if required (I like drinks to be sharp so don't bother).
  • 4. Garnish with cranberries/raspberries and lime wedge. You can also freeze the fruit so it acts like an ice cube.

    • 25ml (5 tsp) Vodka
    • 20ml (4 tsp) Lemon Juice
    • 50ml (7 tsp) Rose Wine
    • 40ml (6tsp) Cranberry Juice
    • Wedge Lime
    • Decoration Fresh raspberries or cranberries
    •  Sugar to taste if required
