Ingredients
- 25ml (5 tsp) Vodka
- 20ml (4 tsp) Lemon Juice
- 50ml (7 tsp) Rose Wine
- 40ml (6tsp) Cranberry Juice
- Wedge Lime
- Decoration Fresh raspberries or cranberries
- Sugar to taste if required
Method
1. Shake Vodka and lemon juice together.
2. Pour wine and cranberry juice into tall glass and pour on top Vodka mix.
3. Add a bit of sugar (sugar syrup) to sweeten if required (I like drinks to be sharp so don't bother).
4. Garnish with cranberries/raspberries and lime wedge. You can also freeze the fruit so it acts like an ice cube.
