Beef and Potatoes

  • My uncle made this casserole very often after sunday roast.

    Ingredients

    • 2 oz Clover butter
    • 3 Onions
    • 8 fl oz Gravy
    • 2 lb Potatoes. peeled and sliced
    • 8 oz Leftover roast beef. cut into pieces

    Method

    • 1. Boil the peeled potatoes whole until tender, then slice up.

      2. Saute the onions in the butter.

      3. Combine the meat with the gravy.

      4. Layer ingredients alternately in a small casserole and heat through in the oven (Gas 3/160C/325F), till the meat is thoroughly heated through.
