Method

  • 1. Toast the cous cous, with the mixed nuts & fruit and 1 teaspoon paprika in a heavy-bottomed pan.

  • 2. Slowly add 700ml vegetable stock, made using
  • 1 cube, turn the heat down and simmer until the cous cous is tender.

  • 3. Serve warm or cold for a lunch or supper.

    • 250g Cous cous
    • 200g Mixed nuts and fruits
    • 1 tsp. Paprika
    • 700 ml Vegetable stock
