Method
1. Toast the cous cous, with the mixed nuts & fruit and 1 teaspoon paprika in a heavy-bottomed pan.
2. Slowly add 700ml vegetable stock, made using
1 cube, turn the heat down and simmer until the cous cous is tender.
3. Serve warm or cold for a lunch or supper.
