Mix together equal quantities of tomato sauce, fruity sauce and water and marinade the chicken pieces for a couple of hours. Bake in a roasting pan for about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
I haven't tried this recipe yet but I'm a busy mum and this is just the sort of easy dish I've been looking for on this site.... forget the chefs with their endless lists of ingredients which cost a fortune - I'd rather spend time with my children than hours in the kitchen. I'm amazed people have the mindset to criticise. Thanks for posting this recipe!!
If you don't like it, don't eat it. My family love it but then I am not a chef, I am a cook and cooking for a family is very different from cooking in a restaurant.
Made this for my family this week and they loved it, it made a real change from bog standard roast chicken - and do you know what the best thing was ? It was so easy to make just how I like it

Made this tonight, so easy and a great way to do something slightly different with chicken. The children loved it! Will definately make it again.

Not really a recipe is it? Soak chicken in 'fruity sauce'?
