Ingredients
- 4 oz Water
- 4 oz Tomato Sauce
- 4 oz Fruity Sauce from supermarket
- 2 Roasting chicken cut in pieces
Method
Mix together equal quantities of tomato sauce, fruity sauce and water and marinade the chicken pieces for a couple of hours. Bake in a roasting pan for about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
