Method

  • 1. Try cooking 750g Taste the difference Vivaldi salad potatoes following pack instructions.

  • 2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a deep frying pan. Add 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, and fry for a couple of minutes.

  • 3. Add 1 x 300g pack young leaf spinach and stir until wilted. Drain the potatoes, lightly crush
  • and stir through the spinach and chilli. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve as a delicious side for your lunch or dinner.
