Method

  • 2. Meanwhile, mix together British half fat crème fraîche, finely chopped fresh dill, the zest of 1 lemon and grated cucumber.

  • 3. Top with a curl of lemon zest and serve with the prawns for a light and delicious Christmas party snack.
