Festive Fig and Parma Ham Delights
Method
1. Try warming 12 mini croissants in the oven at 180°C, fan 160°C, gas 4 for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from the oven and slice horizontally, but not all the way through.
3. Fill each croissant with half a slice of Parma ham, a few rocket leaves and 2 slices of fresh fig, and serve warm for a mouthwatering party snack.
Ingredients
- 12 Mini all-butter croissants
- 6 slices Taste the difference Parma ham
- 1 bag Wild rocket leaves
- 4 Fresh figs
