Method

  • 1. Try warming 12 mini croissants in the oven at 180°C, fan 160°C, gas 4 for 5 minutes.

  • 2. Remove from the oven and slice horizontally, but not all the way through.

  • 3. Fill each croissant with half a slice of Parma ham, a few rocket leaves and 2 slices of fresh fig, and serve warm for a mouthwatering party snack.
