Method

  • 1. Arrange the sliced beef on the bootom of a casserole dish.

  • 2. Spread some butter over the beef.

  • 3. Peel and cut up the apples.

  • 4. Place the apples over the butter.

  • 5. Add remaining ingredients and stir.

  • 6. Bake covered in oven until apples are soft at (about 350 degrees).

    • 10 slices Leftover roast beef
    • 8 Baking apples
    • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
    • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
    • 3 tbsp. Butter
    • 1 tbsp. Allspice
    • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
    • 0.5 tsp. Vanilla
    • 1 cup Raisins
