1. In an oven proof plate put grated cheese crack an egg into a hollow in the centre, season if for an adult leave plain for a child, and place in a moderate oven.
The effect is a sunshine when it comes out of the oven, i used to do this for my children with traingles of bread surrounding their plate if they were under the weather.
