Method

  • Melt and caramelize water with 1st cup of sugar. Place in baking dish.

  • Beat yolks well.

  • Warm milk and add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs. Strain to caramel dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins in tin of water.

    • 6  Egg Yolks
    • 3 cups Ideal Milk
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • ÂĽ cup Water
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 Cup Sugar
