Method

  • 1. Try mixing the zest of 2 lemons with 1 tsp paprka and 1 tsp. Dijon mustard.

  • 2. Toss 1 pack of Be good to yourself dice lamb in the mixture until the meat is well coated.

  • 3. Choose 6 long and sturdy sprigs of rosemary and strip the leaves off the stem, leaving some at the top.

  • 4. Thread the lamb cubes onto the sprigs, then barbecue or grill for 10 minutes, turning until the meat is cooked through.

  • Ingredients

    • 2 Lemon
    • 1 tsp. Paprika
    • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    • 1 pack Be good to yourself diced lamb
    • 6 strigs Fresh rosemary
