Method

  • 1. Try mixing 100g creme fraiche with 1 tbsp. orange juice and a zest of a half orange.

  • 2. Top mini shortbread rounds with a teaspoon of creme fraiche mixture and decorate with a whole rasberry for a dainty teatime delight.
