1. Preheat the oven to 220C with a baking sheet placed inside to warm.
2. Spread the tomato paste over the mini pittas and top with sliced brie. Place on the heated baking sheet and bake on the top shelf for 5-6 mins until
the cheese is melted and bubbly.
3. Remove from the oven and top with the grape halves, avocado and parsley.
