- Careful when you have added the cooked meat - don't over heat so the meat falls apart but make sure it is thoroughly reheated. With prawns, again don't overcook otherwise they will be tough
You can make a large batch of this and freeze. Don't let it get too dry but don't add too much water, it needs to be thick and rich.
