Method

  • Blend ingredients, will keep in fridge for week or so. To serve, shake with ice and strain into glass with fresh ice or not.
  • Tips

    • If you go to your local coffee shop and buy a drink they may give you a free shot of cold espresso (I worked in a coffee chain and we threw them away all the time as you can't sell it when it's cold). A ristretto is the 1st half of the espresso, the strongest part of the espresso.

    Ingredients

    • 450 ml whiskey
    • 400 ml evaporated milk
    • 400 ml condensed
    • 1 shot espresso or ristretto
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
