Blend ingredients, will keep in fridge for week or so. To serve, shake with ice and strain into glass with fresh ice or not.
Tips
If you go to your local coffee shop and buy a drink they may give you a free shot of cold espresso (I worked in a coffee chain and we threw them away all the time as you can't sell it when it's cold). A ristretto is the 1st half of the espresso, the strongest part of the espresso.
