Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, fan 180ºC, gas 6.

  • 2. Roll out the pastry and cut into 6cm squares. Spread a dollop of spiced mango chutney onto each square and brush the edges of the pastry with a beaten egg.

  • 3. Cut each Taste the difference ultimate British pork chipolata into three equal pieces, place each piece in a separate square and roll up.

  • 4. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
