Method

  • 1. Melt the butter, add onions and cook for 5 mins
  • 2. Add leeks, carrots, celery and continue to cook for 10mins until soft
  • 3. Stir in flour, then gradually stir in stock
  • 4. Add pulses, cover and simmer for 40 mins
  • Ingredients

    • 25gm Butter
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 leek
    • 3 Carrots peeled and sliced
    • 2 celery sticks. finely chopped
    • 3tbsp plain flour
    • 600ml Veg stock
    • 410gm tin mixed pulses
