Method
1. Melt the butter, add onions and cook for 5 mins
2. Add leeks, carrots, celery and continue to cook for 10mins until soft
3. Stir in flour, then gradually stir in stock
4. Add pulses, cover and simmer for 40 mins

- 1 onion chopped
- 1 leek
- 3 Carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 celery sticks. finely chopped
- 3tbsp plain flour
- 600ml Veg stock
- 410gm tin mixed pulses
