Method

  • 1. Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and seasoning and whisk for 10 secs
  • 2. Pop the bread into the toaster
  • 3. Put the butter into a cold saucepan, add the egg mix and stir continuously with a wooden spoon over a low heat until mix looks scrambled, but still soft and creamy
  • 4. Check seasoning and serve on buttered toast.

    • 3 eggs. beaten
    • 2 tbsp milk
    •  salt and freshly ground black pepper
    •  Sliced wholemeal bread
    • 15gm butter
