Cut the chicken breast into 15mm cubes and the beef into strips, then coat with Jack Daniel's Smooth Original Barbecue Sauce and leave to marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes in the fridge, preferably overnight.
Heat a frying pan until very hot. Coat the chicken pieces lightly with oil and cook without colouring, then allow to cool. If you like your steak well done then lightly fry the beef steak too – if you prefer it medium to rare do not pre-cook.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
For the tomato sauce, heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan and gently cook the onion and garlic for about 8 minutes until softened. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes to reduce moisture until you have a thick, spreadable sauce. Allow to cool.
Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce on the pizza bases- this is best done by putting it into the middle and then moving the spoon in a circle outwards, leaving a 1cm gap around the edge.
Top with cheese, cooked chicken, marinated beef steak, sliced pepperoni, chopped spring onion, sliced green chilli, pieces of sunblushed tomato and extra cheese if required.
