1. Sprinkle the 5 spice powder over the gammon steaks. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and cook over a high heat for 2 minutes until the edges are tinged brown.
2. Add the chilli, orange zest and juice, honey and soy sauce and simmer rapidly until the sauce is sticky and the gammon isglazed and golden with almost burnt edges. Serve immediately.
Tips
Serve with rice and any vegetable you fancy, although some quicky stir fried cabbage and carrots goes well. Mmmmmmmm!!
