pour brown sugar, plain flour and a ts of brandy/rum into a bowl. Mix well and then add rest of flour and sugar also add in the eggs, one at a time!. add some milk stir and gradually work in the rest of the milk. if to thick add more milk and if to runny add more flour.
pour into cake tin and cook for 15~20mins.
when cooled down make several holes in the top of the cake and put on a stainless surface andcut into the shape of candles or other christmas decorations.
