Method

  • 1. Combine the cabbage, carrots, green onion and onion. Whisk the ketchup, vegetable oil, vinegar and mustard. Taste and add salt and pepper if necessary.

  • 2. Add ketchup mixture to the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  • Ingredients

    • 8 cups Shredded green cabbage. about ½ head
    • 2 Carrots. grated
    • 2 Green onions. thinly sliced
    • 0.5 Red onion. chopped
    • 0.5 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
    • 75 ml Vegetable oil
    • 2 tbsp. White Vinegar
    • 1 tsp. Heinz Mustard
