Method

  • 1. Lay out the seaweed paper and add a ¼ of the rice and spread out evenly a ¼ of the way up the seaweed paper.

  • 2. Now drizzle some Heinz Salad Cream through the middle.

  • 3. Add avocado on top along with 1½ crab sticks.

  • 4. Wrap the roll tightly and use a little water on the end of your finger to moisten the end of the roll.

  • 5. Cut with a very sharp knife through the middle, then slice in half again and serve.
  • Ingredients

    • 200 g Sushi rice cooked
    • 2 Avocadoes quartered
    • 4 Seaweed sheets
    • 2 tbsp. Heinz Salad Cream
    • 6 Crab sticks
