1. Toss the chicken strips together with the oil, season well and thread onto 16 soaked wooden skewers, cover and chill until required.
2. Mix Heinz BBQ classic sauce with the garlic, ginger, paprika and chilli.
3. Stir 2 ½ tablespoons of this spicy bbq mixture into the crème fraiche, cover and chill until required.
4. When you are ready, cook the skewers on a barbecue with grey coals for 6-8 minutes or until cooked, turning often.
5. A minute or so before the end of cooking, brush with the remaining spicy bbq mixture several times to glaze the chicken skewers before serving with the dip.
6. Tip: This spicy glaze works well on drumsticks and it will serve 8 if served with other barbecued meats.
