1. In a non stick saucepan cook the onion and pepper in the oil over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add 5 tablespoons Heinz BBQ Sauce with the tomatoes and 100ml water and rapidly boil for 12-15 minutes or until very thick in consistency, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from the heat and stir through another tablespoon of Heinz BBQ Sauce and season well.
4. Cook the sausages on a barbecue with grey coals for 10 - 12 minutes or until cooked, turning every so often. A minute or so before the end brush the remaining 2 tablespoons Heinz BBQ Sauce over the sausages to glaze.
