Method

  • Blend flour and butter together. Add chopped pecans. Flatten on bottom of pie dish and bake for 12 - 15 mins at 350 degrees. (Must be brown.)
  • Cream cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in sugar, vanilla and yogurt. Spread over cooled crust.
  • Mix vanilla pudding with milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spoon cherry pie filling over vanilla pudding layer. Whip cream and spread over cherry pie layer. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
  • This pie is best if made at least 24 hours before serving.

    • 1 cup Flour
    • ½ cup Chopped Pecans
    • 1 x 8 oz Cream Cheese
    • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 cup Non fat Yogurt
    • 2 sm pkg Vanilla Instant Puddings
    • 2 ¾ cup Milk
    • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
    • 8 oz Whipping Cream
